Why this Vector has been rejected in Adobe Stock

Plaese I need help to know the reason was Adobe Stock rejected my file.

Message of Adobe Stock:

"During our review, we found that it contains elements that appear to be protected by intellectual property (IP) laws, so we can't accept it into our collection. Elements protected by IP may appear in the image or in the description, title, and/or keywords."

Question for more experienced submitters: clearly the AI logo is a trademark. Do Adobe allow this to be used in Stock? Since purchasers are guaranteed the right to use, Adobe lose control of the trademark.

You're right, @Test Screen Name .  AI is a trademark.  The file types must be specified in the description; not on the actual graphic.

The stamp and binder clips are protected product designs, I think. In fact they may be protected by goverment issued design and utility patents.
