Zum Upload meiner Aufnahmen verwende ich direkt die Funktion in Lightroom oder übertrage meine Bilder mittels SFTP über die Software FileZilla. Seit kurzen funktioniert es nicht mehr Jetzt wollte ich die Zugangsdaten überprüfen, ob diese noch richtig sind. Leider finde ich in meinem Profil nirgendwo die Daten. Und unter dem blauen Upload-Button stehen keine Daten, wie in der Anleitung beschrieben (verwende Chrome und Safari aktuelle Version). Wo kann ich meine SFT-Daten finden?

Hi @Karsten Socher ,

I am not sure I understand your question correctly. However, after you upload the file you should click on "Uploaded File" on the black menu bar, then "New" on the white menu bar below. Your files should come alive when you do that. On the right side of the "New" page you will see where you enter the meta data and answer the relevant questions for category and legal info and submit the files for review.

Unfortunately this was misunderstood, @Abambo got it right.

When I want to upload my pictures with an FTP program like FileZilla, I have problems. So I am looking for the settings and my personal data for uploading via FTP programme. According to the help description, this information should appear when I upload to the website. Just like on @Abambo's photo. And it does not appear.

And I can't upload via Lightroom, there are always technical problems there too.

Wenn ich meine Bilder mit einem FTP-Programm wie FileZilla hochladen möchte, habe ich Probleme. Ich suche also nach den Einstellungen und meinen persönlichen Daten für den Upload per FTP-Programm. Laut Hilfsbeschreibung sollten diese Informationen beim Hochladen auf der Website erscheinen. Genau wie auf dem Foto von @Abambo. Und sie erscheinen nicht.

Und über Lightroom kann ich nicht hochladen, da gibt es auch immer wieder technische Probleme.

SFTP is being phased out. If you do not have the access data anymore, you will not be able to use SFTP.

Das ist korrekt.

Wenn Lightroom nicht funktioniert, dann nutze Drag-and-drop. SFTP wird aus Sicherheitsgründen abgeschaltet. Außerdem funktioniert Drag-and-drop jetzt auch mit sehr großen Dateien (also Filmen).

Welche Probleme gibt es denn beim Lightroom-Upload?

NB. Du musst bei Deinen Beiträgen nicht auch eine Übersetzung posten. Wir können die Übersetzungshilfe nehmen, wenn wir das Deutsche nicht beherrschen.

Ich kann Di lider nicht sagen, woran es in Lightroom liegt. Ich bekomme immer eine Meldung, dass das hochladen augrund technischer Probleme fehlgeschlagen ist. Man möge es später probieren. Und das geht schon seit Wochen so.

Erstelle mal ein neuer Stockdienst. Es kann sein, dass die Zugangsdaten nicht mehr funktionieren. Wen das klappt, dann kannst Du versuchen die Zugangsdaten beim ersten zu erneuern.

I have the same problem since the end of December. I was using SFTP with Filezilla.
I tried to upload my animation videos from the web interface, and it doesn't work either.
I sent a bug report and I still have no answer.
It's been more than 15 days that it is impossible to upload a video file.
I don't see any solution.
