Hi,
I just got this message and don't know what happened. I contacted Adobe but I also contacted some other reasons and didn't have any reply. Could you please help me out?
I have put a lot of effort in creating my portfolio and apparently it's now blocked.

What does this mean "I also contacted some other reasons "? this makes no sens language wise.
You need to wait for a response from Adobe. They will answer by e-mail, so watch your spam folder too.
We can't do anything for you, except to say that you need to wait.

Hi,
I am sorry, bad keyboard.
I meant I also contacted adobe several weeks ago about another different topic and I did not get any response either.
I asked if they kept providing free PS to contributors with several numbers of downloads, but I did not get a reply. I am afraid of receiving the same delay in a response when this topic is pretty urgent for me.
Best,
Alvaro.

The Contributor Bonus Program is described on this page; however a bonus for 2023 contributions / sales has not yet been announced.

You can expect a delay in response from Adobe Contributor Support because it seems they are extremely busy right now. Reply to the link you were provided in the message relating to the "validation status issue", then wait for a response. Badgering them daily for updates won't help, and exacerbates the problem by filling up the system with repetitive queries on the same subject.
