I've written to the support, but after 3 weeks there is no answer (I can't find any reason). They blocked me when I ordered 1st payment - so be aware people.
If you contacted Adobe via the Contact Us link on your account, a Support Ticket has been created in the Contributor Support system, and they'll respond when the investigation of your account has been completed. Unfortunately, that will take a while, because of the large number of accounts under review. The temporary suspension of accounts following first payment request seems to be a regular part of Adobe's process at the moment, particularly for accounts that focus on Generative AI assets. If
...It seems that many new accounts are temporarily suspended for review following the first request for payout. This step became necessary after so many suspicious sales schemes were used to falsely inflate sales. If there are no such sales in your account, it will be unblocked after the review is concluded.

Today my account was blocked for no reason. They wrote "Dear contributor, your Adobe Stock contributor account has been de-activated. Please see your email for more information or Contact us. But the letter did not arrive. I did not use AI at all. I did everything manually in 3D or video footage in Davinci. In what is the reason, why and why they don’t say. I read the comments above and understand that I’m not the only one who was given a ban and was not explained why.

There is always a reason.
If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity,
2) They received an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice from a 3rd party,
3) Suspected violation of Stock Contributor User Terms,
https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/submission-guidelines.html
4) Government sanctions or restrictions such as those imposed on Russia.

As stated above, nobody here can help you. We don't work for Adobe. You'll need to contact Contributor Support and wait for an official reply.
Good luck.

without any information they should not de-activate the accounts. adobe is a big company it is ok but contributers are valuable also.

There is always a reason to suspend accounts. Adobe needs to suspend the accounts as soon as they learn about irregularities. Imagine someone copies other ones assets and Adobe keeps the account up and running. They will lose their case at a tribunal and will need to pay high sums to indemnify the rights owners.
Or if there is a scam scheme by defrauding Adobe by buying own assets. They would be foolish if they would let that pass.

Yes you are right. But if they do this they should finish asap I think. Some people are talking about 3 months without any information. We will see what will happen to my account.

It's unfortunate that the process takes so long. I suppose Adobe is overwhelmed with the number of accounts that need to be investigated and is not willing to hire more personnel to do that work, since it is essentially a non-productive expense that doesn't lead to more sales.

but several people here are declaring that Adobe blocked their account when they requested the "first" payment. Why not block them first if there are suspicious actions... Strange. The only thing I can think is that they don't have time to check everything and these checks start when the payment is requested.... It's the only possible explanation I give myself.

It does seem to be a frequent part of the process, particularly on new accounts, to inspect the account upon the first payout request. If the account holder has complied with the guidelines and T&C's, there is no cause for concern, and the account will soon be restored.

Because at the moment you ask your payement there is a control about how the earnings were made.
Let me explain: you create 10 free accounts, they licence 10 assets, you earned $99 and you ask a payout. At that moment, someone checks the statistics
BTW: that started with the generative AI hype.

That's what happended. Seeming like they don't want to pay at all. Not to say the bar is already high for the "first" payment.

$25 is not a high bar. Adobe would be out of business by now if they didn't pay their Contributors. They only withhold payments if the account has experienced fraudulent sales or if the Contributor has violated the T&C's.

I agree with @Jill_C.
When I started, the minimum payout was $50. However, as payouts are managed manually (yes, there is a human approving that), they will need to put somewhere a limit to keep that operation profitable.

My account is also de-activated approx. 2 weeks ago. I wrote to contact us, but there is no any answer. I have 60dollars in my account also. I dont have good feelings about their potential answer but this process is waste of time.

Respond to the Contact Us link and ask for details. Your account will be unblocked if they find during their investigation you have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions, or that they can be corrected going forward if a violation has occurred. See Nancy O'Shea's response below for a list of potential violations.
