Je viens de constater que adobe me prélève 35,99€ par mois pour un abonnement à Adobe Stock que je n'ai jamais souscris. J'ai mis fin à la période d'essai en temps voulu mais cela n'a visiblement pas été pris en compte. Impossible de mettre fin à l'offre sans payer des frais excessif ! Impossible de trouver le moindre numéro ou email pour contacter le service client. Avez-vous une solution ? je suis désespérée..

Quand vous avez terminé l'abonnement, Adobe vous a envoyé un courriel de confirmation. Avec ce courriel à la main, vous pouvez contacter le service clientèle. Je fais un message à part pour cela. Pour contacter le service clientèle, il faut attendre les heures de bureau.
