You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum, ad no one here can help you get your account reactivated. Being unaware of Adobe guidelines is not a defense of your infractions. You signed the Contributor Agreement which requires you to follow all rules and guidelines.

 

Follow the guidance in the above post from @daniellei4510 to start the process of getting your account reviewed and reactivated.

 

Meanwhile, in case your account does get deactivated read ALL of the Adobe Stock help p

Dear Adobe community,
Thank you for your response Sir, I apologize for my mistake,I was unaware
about adobe submission rules and regulations and I promise that I will
never submit multiple versions of the same files.I will immediately remove
all those files,and if possible kindly remove duplicate files from your
side also.
I strongly agree to follow the rules for adobe contributors in the
future,and never disappoint again.I request you to please unblock my
account as soon as possible.so I can correct my mistakes.
