Hello everyone,
Got a problem I subscribed for the adobe stock free trial, I downloaded a video of a owl with a quality of 1280 x 720 what is a standard resolution. And now I got a bill of 77,43 € and didn't count on my quota. Can Adobe help me with this cause this is for me a program mistake.

What free stock trial did you take?
The 10 assets/month subscription does not include video assets.
Check with Adobe customer care what can be done. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. You were subscribed to the 10 asset plan and as you can see from the other comment here that subscription does not include videos. You had to approve this purchase, you were shown the cost before you licensed this video. What was it that made you think that you were not going to be charged?
