Adobe Stock Bibliotheken nicht sichtbar bei "Adobe Stock"

Ich habe einige Bibliotheken für verschiedene Kunden/Projekte angelegt, aber nur 8 werden bei Adobe Stock angezeigt. Selbst neue Bibliotheken die ich in Adobe Stock erstelle, sind nicht auf https://stock.adobe.com/de/Libraries sichtbar. Leider auch nicht in dem Context-Menü zum schnellen auswählen/verwalten.
Auf https://assets.adobe.com/libraries?filter=user_libraries sehe ich nur 4 Libraries. Ist das auf 8 begrenzt?

 

Wenn ich Bilder einer nicht sichtbaren Bibliothek hinzufügen möchte, muss ich immer über die Creative Cloud gehen und nachträglich zuordnen. Dort sind alle sichtbar. In den Apps (z.B. inDesign) sind die CC-Libraries sichtbar.

 

Ettliche Threads und Google/DuckDuck hab ich bisher natürlich durchforstet.

 

Hat da jemand Abhilfe?

Hi @madkom,

When you are signed into Adobe Stock click on the avatar in the upper right corner of your browser and you will see which of your profiles is selected. You have two profiles, Personal and one for your company or business. The libraries associated with these profiles will be unique to the profile that is selected. Whichever profile is selected on the Adobe Stock site will affect the profile and libraries that load in Creative Cloud products.

 

In order to help others please reply on whether this solved the issue for you.

unfortunately it didn't solve my problem. The company profile was selected. When I switch to personal I see the same libraries as with the company. I attempted that already after reading up on other posts within the ASC.

 

I have about 20 libs but I can only see 8. When I create a new Library in the "All libraries" view, it never shows up under https://stock.adobe.com/de/Libraries. Most of my Libraries I can only find if I use the Creative-Cloud "App">Files>Your Libraries but I cant add more photos to those.
