adobe stock extended license confusion

Engaged ,
Apr 22, 2017 Apr 22, 2017

I went on adobe stock website to purchase an individual extended license. It lists the price as 79.99 USD but if I go to the actual order page the price changes from 79.99 to 10.56 This is only when I logged into my adobe account. If I log out of my adobe account adobe stock order page is 79.99. Why is the price 10.56 when I'm signed into my adobe account??? Is this some kind of discount?

We're still looking into this, but could you perhaps try this as a workaround:

Sign out from stock.adobe.com

Find the image you want to purchase & click on the Extended License tab

Click Buy License

Correct price should show (79.99 USD/59,99 EUR)

Enter your email address to sign in

The submit payment screen should still show the correct price information for the Extended License

Complete payment information and submit order

Please let me know if this works for you.

Kind regards

Bev

Hi bryced87

There isn't a discount for the Extended license so it looks like it's picking up the regular license price.

I've escalated this to our Engineering team and will let you know when I have an update.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Kind regards

Bev

thanks so much.

So the price I'm seeing when I order is the standard license and not the extended?

if so then how come when I click on standard it just sends me to a subscribe page? I don't want to subscribe I just want to pay for a photo.

I'm in the exact same situation. I'm getting either the wrong price (7,99 Euro instead 59,99 Euro) or a subscription pop-up.

Doesn't work for me. After signing back in I see the page/pop-up with the correct price for a short moment but before I can click anything the subsciption options appear instead.

Hi Rolf,

Can you try the workaround again, but first clear your browser history and cache before signing in. Please let us know your results.

I tried it with another browser and it does indeed work as it should. I could buy the image now with the correct licence.

Although my client has put the project I needed the image for on hold today so I will have to test it another time.

But thanks for providing a workaround!
