Adobe Stock Free Trial but I got charged right away?

New Here ,

I wanted to use Adobe Stock and it suggested the free trial version. Once I clicked on that button, it showed me the different subscription versions and I selected the monthly subscription - thinking that I would sign up for the free trial. But then only after the checkout I realized that there is no free trial and I had to pay on the same day? I would not have subscribed if I knew that was the case.

Has anyone else had this issue and how can I get refunded for this??

Hello @Elena325948707aij, sorry you are experiencing this. From the system I can see you purchased the month to month plan directly. There was no trial requested. Can you share details on which URL/workflow you started?

Regarding your refund, I can see your subscription has been canceled. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund show up. If you still don't see it after 7 days, please contact customer care, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, for assistance. Click on the chat icon in the lower righ

Even for a free trial subscription you have to supply your credit card number, because if you don't cancel before the trial period ends, it converts automatically to an annual subscription. So it's possible that your first month is free. Check your credit card activity to be sure. Nevertheless, here's the info on cancelling the subscription:

I had the exact same issue. Just got charged $69.99 after following the prompts to sign up for the free 30 trial. How can I get my money back??

You shouldn't have been charged at all for the Free Trial in the first 30 days; however if you don't cancel it within 30 days, you're on the hook for an annual subscription. I think you've possibly subscribed to something else, because the Stock subscription is only $29.99 per month. Go to your Adobe Creative Cloud account, click on your profile icon and click in "manage account" and you'll see which subscriptions are currently active.

Hi @cristina_1567,  you've been subscribed to 25 month-to-month plan, not a trial. I can see that your order has been canceled, and you should receive a refund within 5-7 days.
