AI file opens as raster image

I purchased https://stock.adobe.com/images/magma-hot-text-strong-rock-alphabet-effect-font/141459336 , it says that it is an AI file, but after opening it in Illustrator it is a raster image.

I specifically purchased it to use various elements from it.

I got the file checked and since it is not available at the best quality, I've added 1 license to your account which you can use for a different image.
