Bonjour, 

 

Je souhaite annuler mon abonnement adobe stock mais je tourne en rond sur le site et je n'arrive pas à trouver le lien de désinsciption. Il n'y a aucun moyen de contacter un service client. je trouve cela limite. 

 

J'ai été débité de 35€99 car je n'arrive pas à contacter quelqu'un. C'est sidérant.

Sélectionner le plan en question : gérer le plan !

Annuler le plan.

 

Vous allez recevoir une confirmation de l'annulation par courriel. Le montant encaissé sera remboursé, si vous avez résilié le plan pendant la quinzaine après le début du plan payant.

 

En cas de problèmes, contacter le service clientèle. (voir mon message supplémentaire en anglais).
