I clicked the license button by accident thinking ... but it didn't, it made things worse....can you help me? please?

and lol, i'm not the only person this happens to, that sucks. There should be a second form of confirmation about licensing images, I get it, it's easier to just let it happen but like for newbies like me just exploring the site trying to get a hang of things. Stuff like this makes me not want to explore anything.

I suppose that you licenced an asset by error. I suggest that you contact customer care for a solution. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

Hi, it's hard to understand your writing. Make a subject for your thread. The subject is not an sentence place.

write your description of the issue in the space available for that.

I changed you subject title to licensing question.

thanks

Okay, I'm sorry

Next to the images when you're browsing through Adobe Stock there's a blue button that say "License"

I wanted to learn more about what it meant to license the image so I clicked the button not expecting it to do it on the spot. I don't even know if my company got charged to do it or not. All I wanted to do was learn.

Below is a screenshot of what I mean, I hit the botton half expecting to be taken to a page explaining the details but it was just given. An idea: maybe a rollover explaining would be even more helpful giving a little more information on the license.

So I was wondering if I could please get some credit to the image I wont be using

Thanks so much

Here's the image I made the mistake on:

I hope that explained it more consicely, have a good one
