Asset Quota Empty

Good-Day,

 

So, I get billed on the 1st of each month for Adobe Stock. Perfectly fine. 

However, I am no sitting here on the 5th of the month and I have not been allocated my 10 Asset Quota in order to download. 

 

Does anyone know why this is happening?
