From Italy I have not been able to speak with an Adobe agent. 
This is because: a) the system does not allow it or
b) the system foresees a procedure that is too complicated to be performed correctly.
I have not had answers to my messages; this is the last one: "
I would like an Adobe representative to contact me.
I believe that no contract, according to Italian law, has been concluded.
Having completed a trial period does not determine the automatic start of the contract if you do not use the service.
The charge for the service has never been authorized.

Adobe's support is set up in such a way that we cannot resolve the matter, as it excludes any direct contact.
The cancellation of the subscription, which I believe I never subscribed to, has already been requested by me.
Any charge or Adobe behavior that causes me damage will be subject to legal examination.

Other previous communications on this point have not been answered by Adobe.
