Billing and Access Question

So I have a three-asset per month pack on Adobe Stock. On 9/13 Adobe again billed my credit card. I have not accessed any new photo's since August 16th and when I log in it says I have no Credits. 

 

This seems fishy. As in something is wrong. I don't mind paying, but I do want what I am paying for.

 

Can you help?
