This morning I could download slowly but I could do it. Now, each time I try to search or download, the page goes blank. I've got only 3 days left to download hundreds of images, and Adobe doesn't work. I've already tried it on 3 different computers and each time the page goes blank.

I do not experience this. I would contact customer service to see if there is a trouble in your region. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

Chat and Phone support are (in Spanish) limited to office hours. Chat at least gets you a virtual assistant. If you turn around with his questions, type "agent".
