Hi
I have tried to cancel my Adobe Stock plan for 2 days now, and have followed the steps on te cancelation plan webpage and the video, but I only get past step 3 where I click on cancel my plan, and write my password. Then I am being told "Unable to load data" and "An error has occurred. Please try again". I have tried to click the retry button many times. I have tried from skretch 3-4 times, and checked my internet conection.
I am at my wits end. Thank you for reply
