cancel my account

I've tried to cancel my account and the website doesn't allow me. Then, when I try to contact an agent by chat nobody answer and finally today , adobe charged me a year plan.

Whats the way to finish all and delete even my account. I don't want to keep working with you guys.

Change your region to an English speaking country, to access the English speaking support. That may be more successful. Spanish support is only available during CET office hours. 

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
