Hi. I can't cancel my subscription. I tried to cancel it on the day of payment, but it was after the card was charged, lucky I didn't have any money on my card. Can you help me with this issue? Tried to contact the staff using chat and within three days no one has replied. Thank you.
You won't receive response to a chat session after you've ended the session. Open up a new chat session and try typing "agent" to reach a live support person.
You can't self cancel as long as there is a payment problem. Chat is interactive and works. I've tried it multiple times, when users claimed it would not work. you can also use Twitter (x) to contact Andobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name.
