Hello,
I am trying to cancel my subscription within the 30 day trial provided but it is not allowing me.
There is also a payment detail error.
I would like to cancel so I am not charged.
How can I make this happen?

Sorry for the trouble it has caused to you.
Your Adobe Stock subscription has been cancelled and a refund has been initiated for the same(since your service has been cancelled within 14 days after the beginning of the second month’s billing cycle).
The amount will be reflecting in your account in the next 5-7 business days.

if there is a payement issue, you cannot cancel. A suspended subscription cannot be canceled. You need to Contact Customer Care .
