Cannot access Adobe Stock Images

I need help getting in touch with someone about my account with Adobe Stock Images. Help! I have close to 100 credits, but cannot access them.  I cannot find a way to contact someone at Adobe about this.  I spent a lot of money earning my image credits.  I either need the money refunded or access to my account.  Is there anyone else who can help me?

So frustrated!

    Hi Maleika,

    Sorry to hear that.

I just checked your account and noticed that you had signed up for Stock (10 images a month one-year) plan on 15th April 2016. Currently, your subscription is in a suspended state due to some payment issues and that is the reason you are unable to access your remaining assets.

I would request you to contact our support team Support FAQ: How can I contact Adobe for support? for further assistance.

In case you are unable to reach our support team through the above- mentioned link, please see Contact Support FAQ: Unable to reach support through the "Contact US" link

If you still face troubles, feel free to update this thread.

    Regards

    Twarita

Thank you, Twarita for responding.  However, there are not payment issues, hence the problem.  I should still have access to the credits that I've paid for.  I tried the first link and it routed be to the forums.  I will try the second link.  Thank you.
