I have been trying to cancel my subscription over the past 2 weeks but have been unable to do so. I go through manage plans, then cancel, and select the reason, but after I continue it issues me with an error. At first I thought it was a typical error so thought to try again later, but it keeps happening. I was now charged for another month I do not need.
