Hi Adobe Community,
I have an Adobe Express subscription (paid version) and use "Elements" (Backgrounds and Design Assets) available in the platform while creating music videos for my children songs.
These videos are uploaded to YouTube.
I understand that "Standard" licensed assets in Adobe Express can be used for "commercial projects", but I want to double-check:
Am I allowed to use "Elements" (Backgrounds and Design Assets) with a Standard license in my YouTube videos without any issues?
Thanks in advance for your help!

I got aswer from Adobe Support,
Me:
"...does this include me using Adobe Express "Design Assets" and "Background" in my Youtube kids videos? "
Customer Success Manager from Adobe:
"Yes you can"

This needs context:
With Adobe Express, you get a Limited License:
So all is depending on how you use the asset that you licensed via Adobe Express. If you stay "inside" of Adobe Express, you won't have an issue.
Look here for more information on licensing: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock/links-for-licensing-terms/td-p/11366788
(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee).

Thank you for the clarification.
I was quite specific when I spoke with Adobe. I spoke to a "Customer Success Manager." They were logged into their system and saw my subscription type. In my opinion, they were crystal clear:
ME: "I am asking you, does this include me using Adobe Express 'Design Assets' and 'Backgrounds' in my YouTube Kids videos?"
THEM: "Yes, you can."
I even uploaded the following image to ensure clarity.

Yes, they answered the question correctly. But it still needs context. The limited licence allows you to use the asset with Adobe Express. It does only allow to use that with Adobe Express (2). But you can use your finished work, that you download for use outside of Adobe Express (1), like uploading it to your YouTube channel.
You do not get a standard licence with Adobe Express, so you can't refer to that standard licence.

Thank you for explaining this to me. I really appreciate it.
If I understand you correctly, you are saying that I can use the shapes and backgrounds in Express to create a music video for my children's songs and publish it on YouTube, as long as they are incorporated into my project alongside other elements.
However, I cannot use a single file alone, without any additions, and post it on YouTube as my own.

You can use and publish any creation you made with Adobe Express. With that creation, you can integrate any stock asset that you licence via Adobe Express, but you can't use that asset outside of Adobe Express, say to integrate it in a video you create in Apple's iMovie or Adobe's Premiere Pro.

If you use an Adobe Stock limited license with Adobe Express, you need to be aware of the following.
There's no problem if you post a video created with Adobe Express to social media as is.
Re-editing a video created with Adobe Express using other editing software is prohibited.
Also, while there's no problem with posting on regular social media, paid or membership-based social media platforms may have limits on the number of views.
