Today, I continue to encounter the error "We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer support." This is the third consecutive day I have faced this issue when trying to download any image from Adobe Stock. On the two previous occasions, I contacted support about this problem, and they promised to reply via email with the reason why I keep experiencing this. However, to date, I have not received any explanatory email. I need to know what is going on???

What kind of image do you want to download and where are you located? It is important that your region is the same as the region of the credit card, when trying to download assets from stock, as not all assets are available to each region. Your credit card region tells the system, what kind of assets you can access. If you do not see the asset using that region, you can't licence it.

Please note that as I mentioned, it couldn't download any images from Adobe Stock, so your speculation is incorrect. Secondly, meanwhile, my friend's account, which is identical to mine and he lives in the same area, could download them normally.

What payment confirmation should you receive?
As your friend's account is working, you just need to compare their settings with yours. As they can download, it's obviously something with your computer.

You have all the tools to understand why my account cannot download, instead of asking me to try other useless methods. It's all because your system is intentionally blocking something. And today, I continue to encounter the error "We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer support" when downloading from Adobe Stock.

First, this is a user to user forum, with some Adobe participation. Community Experts are highly skilled users asking to the target questions. Instead of discussing the usefulness of some of the questions, it is always good to try the suggested methods.
Second, I cannot look into your computer, nor can I compare what is different from your friend's computer. But having one computer that works, a second computer that doesn't lets one think that the issue is locally related and not on the other side. Comparing the 2 situations would enable you to find the solution. I've had the situation, that one computer connected, the other not. By comparing methodologically the differences between both, I did find out that one contained an erronous setting in the hosts file.
Third, the error message suggests a possible step to take. So, you should contact Adobe customer support.
Have a nice day.

I request that you check my account right now and inform me of what specific issue it is experiencing, as I consistently and frequently encounter errors preventing me from downloading images from Adobe Stock.

Read the prior post again. You are NOT addressing Adobe directly here in this forum.

This is not some random issue, so please don't fabricate the problem. My friend has an account identical to mine and he can download completely normally. I tried borrowing his computer to log into my own account and download, but the same error occurred. After logging out and logging into his account again, the download worked normally.

Based on my research on microstock forums, many users with unlimited plans like mine are experiencing this situation. They believe this could be a dirty tactic to prevent users from downloading their images by providing vague, irrelevant notifications that mislead users.
