Do plan credits renew monthly or yearly?

I cannot seem to find this info anywhere. I just used some credits to license a video and it says I now have 42 Credits left....but when do those renew? Its all very confusing...they talk about credits and assests in different plans but I don't understand the difference. Thanks for your help!

Plan credits renew monthly at the very minute of the subscription start.

Credits are what you use to pay the assets. An asset is anything like a video, a vector asset, a photo, a drawing, …

When you used up all your credits, you can still buy assets. The cost will be deducted from your credit card.

Neither can I. Someone said when your mothly subscription renews. What happens when you pay an annual subscription?  Very unclear and annoying.

Mine hasn't renewed, I'm checking all the time and there is nowhere it says they will renew on a particular date. I've gone past the date of my subscription and nothing happened.

Are you sure that you haven't bought Credit Packs? Credit Packs are a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

@Liza5C0C  I am also having this issue. I am not clear if we have a subscription or not. We have an enterprise subscriton, but I can not tell if the credits will automatically replensih. We had 750 and now have 0.  Can you check my account?

@chad_8609 - your org's 750 enterprise credits have been used up and will not be renewed. You'll need to buy more credits in order to access Stock assets.
