Files won't open in illustrator

these files won't open:

What program did you use (wanted you use) to open the files?

Oh, sorry. Adobe Illustrator CC2018.

Download it to your computer to the download area and you can open it like a good old Adobe Illustrator file:

I experienced problems when I used the integrated "Open in" function:

thanks for your quick reply. None of the opening actions work. See attached screenshot for error message I receive. I have tried:

• double-clicking
• opening from within Illustrator ("Open...")
• right-clicking on the file and choosing "Open  with..."

maybe you can save it as something else for me?

Judy,

We were also unable to open these files due to an error. Hence, I have added 2 image licenses to your account so that you can use it against different images.
