Half the Price for Full Credits

Advisor ,

I've been on an Adobe Stock subscription for over a year, I have the maximum amount of credits yet I'm still having to pay full price to maintain all these credits; otherwise, I loose them all. Is there anything in place so that I can pay less per month which would keep all my credits ?

When you're at the maximum even if only a few credit per month at half the price that would be beneficial.

You can choose a lower subscription level if that's what you need.

That doesn't work like that. You are not only paying your monthly allocation, but also access to the service. Like a cell phone subscription with free minutes. When you cancel your subscription, you can't use the free minutes anymore.

I know, that's not what you want to hear, but that is what your contract with Adobe says.

You will lose also your credits, when you downgrade your subscription, so for keeping the credits, you need to keep paying.

You can downgrade to 10 assets per month, but you would lose all of your accumulated 300 credits.

I did mention that I would like to pay less for less credits per month considering how many credits I have currently. This option would be a good addition to have if you have maximum credits and you simply want to use those credits up before paying full monthly fee for (25) credits per month.

I understand what you want to have, but that option is not available.
