Help needed! Can't quit my Stock Abo!

I'd like to cancel my Stock abo. But everytime I try to, there's no "Next" Button. I can't finish the cancellation. Does anybody know how I fix this problem?

Anstatt Abo ändern zu klicken, klicke Nein danke! Abo ändern macht, was es sagt … ändern. Das ist »ach lieber Kunde, wir wollen Dich nicht gehen lassen, deshalb haben wir das Superangebot für Dich«! Nein Danke bringt Dich zur Kündigung.
