I need somehelp, i had an emergency these days and wasnt able to cancel adobe stock free trial, now that im back home I want to but cant without being charged the early cancelation fee because of the 14 day thing for a few hours. How can I talk to somebody from customer support? I havent even used the month they  already charged nor all the credits from the free trial because of said emergency.
Also checking the current plan im in it doesnt even says its anual at all so i dont get why I have to pay a cancelation fee

Go to the customer support page and in the Chat box type "agent" so that you are connected to a real live person. Perhaps explaining your recent circumstances would help you to negotiate a termination without penalty.
