how do I unlicense something that I purchased accidentally?

Explorer ,
Jul 20, 2015 Jul 20, 2015

I'm just now figuring out this adobe stock and there are buttons all over to license stuff, and I can't see any prices anywhere.  I apparently have x photos that I can license as part of my subscription, but as I was traversing the site trying to see what stuff costs I ended up accidentally licensing a photo twice.  It really needs more feedback on what I am about to do.  So, how do I un-license the extra copy of a photo?

Thanks!

Hi there

I've added a license credit to your account to replace the duplicate image ordered in error.

Kind regards

Hi K.,

Apologies, I only now saw your post. I don't see a record of you contacting customer care under the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. I'm sorry you had a poor experience if you decide to renew your Adobe Stock subscription by the 19th, thirty days from when you closed your most recent subscription, I can assist you with receiving a replacent for the accidental licenses.

Hi there,

I accidentally licensed 6 cat/dog images today when I thought I was saving them to my library to sift through. I downloaded the one image I wanted and the other 5 need to go! Can you help me?

Emily,

Since you have accidentally licensed Stock images, I have added 5 image licenses to your account so that you can use them for different images.

Hope that helps!

I have the same issue with an accidental licensing of an image I don't want. I have a wacom tablet and accidentally purchased an image by hovering over the button while navigating.

The image is #142899487

Could I please get these credits back?

Hello,

The following image was licensed without intending to do so. Browser was acting up.

https://stock.adobe.com/images/thai-blue-fighting-fish/164446202

If a member of staff could remove this license from my account and restore the credit, I'd be very grateful.

Thank you in advance and have a great day.

Hi,

I was exploring the options for purchasing Adobe Stock, which I did purchase, but I didn't realize that it would automatically license the image I had selected and not ask me after I had purchased the monthly subscription.

The image code is 91090121

Can you unlicense this image for me?

I selected an image (#8684841) and was looking through the "more from this series" section below. I found an angle of the image I preferred (#8684862) but when I went to select "License and download to computer" I received a payment error. I've received this error before and have resolved it by just refreshing my browser, but what I didn't know was that if I refreshed the page, it would return me to the first image I clicked on and not the most recent image I was looking at, and I licensed that first image on accident rather than the image I had scrolled to and was interested in licensing.

Is there any way I can un-license that image (#8684841)?

I've accidentally licensed image 72480064 while trying to preview it.

Can you please remove this from my account?

Hope you add a confirmation button so we don't accidentally do this so easily. Maybe even add it as an optional step for those who have this issue.

Thank you.

Hi Nicolas,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. I just checked your account details and noticed that you have Adobe Stock subscription under the team's account.

As I see that you are the primary admin of the team's account so you will have the option to contact our support team directly through your admin portal. They can further look into your account details and can make an exception(if any).

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.

I have also done the same thing. I am actually surprised that this thread goes back to 2015 and Adobe hasn't fixed it yet? Seems like there should be a way to undo it ourselves without having to come here. Anyway, the image is 82825891 would you please take this off my account?

Thank you
