I paid for a free trial at Adobe Stock in Korea. And I paid for a video. I thought I could get a video free of charge in the trial. It's my mistake. I lost 100,000 won by downloading the video. Please tell me how to get a refund. I don't have money because I'm a student.
It is clearly written in the terms when you take your free trial, that you can only licence standard assets. Other assets are on a pay for licence use. As a student you should concentrate your needs on the free stock assets, including also free video.
I recommend you to contact Adobe customer service to discuss the situation and to negotiate a refund.
