Well, if you couldn't tell, I am new to this service.
I accidentally bought an image when I was trying to see what type of liscense it was!
I saw in some of the forums that you are willing to assign a credit to accounts that make this same mistake, is that still true?

Yes! Either wait for a nice Adobe emplee looking into this thread or contact support. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
