I bought a vector picture and this is not Isolated on transparent background.File Nr. AdobeStock_397204574.ai

What can i do? Could i give the licens back

First, you need to open the asset with the latest version of Adobe Illustrator.

Second, you need to navigate to the layer palette to switch off the chequerboard background. If there is not a separate background layer, you will need to expand to sublayers by clicking the “>” sign at the layer's name. The chequerboard background object will always be the last object in the list.
