Hello Adobe Support,

I have recently created a new Adobe Stock Contributor account. I am trying to upload and submit AI-generated images that follow all the submission guidelines.

Here is what I have done for each image:

Uploaded JPG images (high resolution)

- Added a proper title and at least 5 relevant keywords

Selected the correct category (such as "Landscape")

Marked the content as "Yes, it is AI-generated"

Selected "No release is needed"

There is a green checkmark under the image

Still, the "Submit" button remains inactive (greyed out), so I cannot submit the image.

I've tried using different browsers (Chrome, Firefox) and even different devices, including incognito mode. The problem persists.

Could you please check if there's an issue with my Contributor account or if this is a bug? Thanks in advance for your help.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum and will receive no reply from an Adobe rep.

If the Submit button is grayed out, you have reached your weekly submission limit and won't be able to submit more until some of the previously submitted assets have been reviewed.

I think there are Adobe representatives here, and my ID is brand new, and I haven't uploaded any pictures before, but this problem is still happening. So I deleted everything and uploaded new ones, but the problem still hasn't been fixed. Now I've deleted all the pictures. I don't know why I'm uploading them.

Have you read the help pages on how to upload/submit assets? If the Submit button is grayed out, it's probably because you haven't filled out all the necessary info on the submit page.

I am filling everything out, even taking pictures, the green check mark appears, but the submit button does not work.

How do I contact Adobe directly? What link should I click on under my Adobe stock dashboard? And should I message you personally?
