I would like to download a picture I bought a long time ago, in a large format. The system cannot find you based on your number. How can I get it again?

If the original Contributor has closed their account, the asset is no longer available to license. It's possible that the Fotolia account was never migrated to Adobe Stock. You'll need to search for another similar image to license.

Well, the original contributor does not seem to be available, at least not under his original name. The picture is not available if you search by asset number. I won't bet my life on, but I think that the asset ID was the same on Fotolia and on Adobe stock. The account needs to be closed, as the Fotolia database was migrated to Adobe stock, even if the account holder did not migrate his account.

Depending on the use, you may be able to scale the image up a bit.
