Inappropriate images coming up while using safe search

Hi there, 

Is there a way to flag inappropriate images coming up whilst using safe search? I've encountered some images that should not be visible since safe search is activated.

There is no way to flag images. I'm certain that images are flagged during moderation (when images are checked), but there may be a certain number of images that are still available and visible. Either you post links to the images here or pm @Contributor1 if you want to avoid making your findings public.

Probably has to do with misleading key wording that throws things off. I know that happens a lot and algorithms can't catch them all.

I suppose that during the moderation phase, the moderator clicks the “safe search” flag.
