Dear Community,
I am interested in purchasing a Credit Pack for Adobe Stock and would like to get more information about how the credit system works, particularly regarding the usage of images and videos on my clients' websites.
Firstly, can you please confirm if I am allowed to use the images and videos purchased through a Credit Pack on my clients' websites?
Secondly, I would like to clarify a specific scenario. If I purchase a Credit Pack of 40 images or a 5 Videos Pack for 28,744 Rupees, I understand that I can use any 40 images from the Adobe Stock repository on my clients' websites for one year from the date of purchase. Here's a hypothetical situation:
- I create websites for two clients and use 20 images on each website.
- After a month, I change the images on their websites by selecting different images from the Adobe Stock repository.
- I plan to do this on a monthly basis for the next billing cycle (assuming I purchase the Credit Pack on April 21, 2024, and have a license until April 21, 2025).
Now, my main concern is what happens if I don't renew my Credit Pack after it expires on April 21, 2025. Will all the images I have used on my clients' websites become locked or inaccessible? Or will I still be able to use the images that I have already placed on my clients' websites up until April 21, 2024, without any issues, but I won't be able to use any new images from Adobe Stock after the expiration date?
I would greatly appreciate your clarification on these matters to ensure that I fully understand the terms and conditions of using Adobe Stock images and videos with the Credit Pack plan.
Thanks
First, you have credit packs and you have a subscription. With the subscription, you have two possibilities: monthly or annual. The annual subscription is more economical, but you commit for a year at least.
Credit packs are without commitment. Unused credits expire, however, after a year.
Anything you can license is usable on a perpetual basis in accordance to the terms. But a licence can be used only for one client (including own use). So, if you need the

(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee).
