Dear Adobe-Community. I need your support with a specific request.
Years ago, in June 2020 we downloaded and licenced the attached image from Adobe Stock.
It was used in a Social Media Post which is still on the internet. Unfortunately we got an E-Mail claiming a Copyright Infringement of this image.
While going through our licences on Adobe Stock I couldn't find the mentionned image anymore and it generally wasn't visible on Adobe Stock anymore, even if shown in Google Search (see attached screenshot). Therefore we can't find the needed licence reverse the fraud claim.

You should find the licence in the account that took the licence.

You may try also to contact Adobe customer care: Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and check if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
