License for truck foiling

A customer of mine would like to have his truck wrapped with an Adobe Stock image. Is this possible, and if so with which license?

Yes, that is possible. I would compare this to a pull-up banner or a billboard or an advert in a newspaper (with a print run of less than 500k): Standard licence.
