As far as I understand the terms and conditions of a standard license, the use of Stock Assets, say images, on a website is permitted, however, according to 7.1. (A) one must not "use the Stock Assets in any way that allows a third party to use, download, extract or access the Stock Assets as a stand-alone file; or in a way that exceeds the scope of the license to the Stock Assets" (Stock-Additional-Terms-de_DE-20210129.pdf).
In order for images to be displayed by the browser, the browser must download the image information. This means that an experienced third party can obtain the images as a stand-alone file.
What must be done in order to comply with the terms of use and still use an image (editorially) on a website?
