LOST OR DELETED ADOBE STOCK ASSETS

I have been an adobe stock client since July 13 2019, and I did use less than the 10 assets per month, and saving the others for when needed. It came as a surprise to me that when I stopped paying in August 13 (because I forgot to add my new credit card) my account was cancelled, and my available assets were not available anymore. Can anyone help me to solve this? since I had over 60 assets available in my account, and today when I reactivated both my Adobe Suite and my Adobe Stock Account i only have 10 assets available (the 10 i just payed for).
