Hello. I paid for Adobe Stock but I can't use Adobe Stock app. Adobe persistently asks me to update billing information even though money has been deducted from my account. Please help. I need the app urgently.
There is no app. You can access stock via the webpage and within various Adobe programs, including Photoshop.

As @Jill_C says, Adobe stock is not an app. You can access stock via https://stock.adobe.com.

(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'd recommend checking that your account is in order by visiting https://account.adobe.com and looking for any messaging regarding your payment method there.
