Hello. I paid for Adobe Stock but I can't use Adobe Stock app. Adobe persistently asks me to update billing information even though money has been deducted from my account. Please help. I need the app urgently.

There is no app. You can access stock via the webpage and within various Adobe programs, including Photoshop.

As @Jill_C says, Adobe stock is not an app. You can access stock via https://stock.adobe.com.

 

If you have trouble with your payment, you need to contact customer support on this. This forum can't help you with that. Look here for more information on licensing: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock/links-for-licensing-terms/td-p/11366788
