No puedo descargar mis imágenes gratuitas

Hola, ayer abrí una cuenta de Adobe Stock para la prueba de las 40 imágenes gratuitas de Adobe Stock.

Completé todos los datos, pero ahora cuando accedo para buscar imágenes y quiero descargar alguna, no me aparece para descargarla gratis, me aparece de nuevo el formulario que ya completé.

Ante este problema, intenté cancelar la cuenta, ya que evidentemente no voy a poder usarla, pero esa opción no me aparece tampoco por ningún lado.

¿Me pueden dar una solución?
