Not receiving 10 monthly assets with Stock plan

I have not received my 10 monthly new assets in my Adobe stock plan for a couple of months now.

 

How do I fix this?

I can see via your Adobe ID that you have a renewing Creative Cloud + Stock subscription and your quota has been renewing as expected. Have you signed into the Adobe Stock website with the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums? If you don't see your quota at the top of the page after signing in it may be under the profile menu, click on your avatar to see the menu.

Yes I login with my Adobe ID, and I can see the quota not changing month to month.

 

I guess I will use up the quota I have and the cancel Adobe stock. 

 

Impossible to get direct support from Adobe.

Hi @timanderson1164,

I'm not certain of why you think you aren't receiving your monthly quota. You will receive this month's quota later today. Your renewal occurs on the 4th of the month, but the time you receive is relative to the time you first set up your subscription. It doesn't renew at midnight.

Yes my subscription updated last night...and my assets WENT DOWN from 60 to 56!? So now am I not only paying for monthly Adobe stock, but assets are being removed. I have not received new assets for several months now.  Ridiculous!
