Hello, I have been using Stock for years recently my company transferred to an Enterprise account. One comment the process to transfer assets (with Express is so wordy why is it so difficult?) Back on topic so with Stock I called up to cancel my subscription and was unable to do so because I did not want to lose access to the assets I have downloaded. Then the customer service rep call dropped when I was being transfered to someone who could assist. Now another month of charges for the personal account has come through. I would like to 1) Receive help with ensuring future access to the assets in my personal account and 2) Refunded for the last month and 3) Cancel the personal Stock account. *Note that these accounts both use the same email but when I login to some of the apps it is an easy window to select either/or. Thank you
Anything you've licensed under your personal subscription will remain available under your personal entitlement even after you cancel your subscription. If you cancel your subscription before the end of your annual contract you be charged a portion of the rest of what is left on the contract. You will also lose any unused quota. If you are still having trouble, use either the Chat icon or "Contact us" link at the bottom of that page.
You do not lose access to any previously licensed images; they remains yours to use in perpetuity. However, sometimes Contributors delete assets from their portfolios, so make sure you've actually downloaded all of your licensed images in case they are removed from the Adobe Stock database.
