plan and payment

Hi, i starterd with the trial plan in feb2020. now i don't want to continue, why do i pay 200€ to stop the service? they are taking my money and my licences.

Please help me.

The subscription is for a year and will be renewed automatically year by year for the next period of a year. That are the subscription terms you agreed on.
