a year ago I signed up for trial not realising I was binding a yearly contract. Since I assumed it was my own fault I wanted to wait it out and make use of it. Now that I try to cancel it I'm bound to yet another year. Is there any way to resolve this?
Iv'e tried to get in contact with costumer service several times but i keep getting left ond read, and then for the agent to close the chat without notice
