Adobe Stock File Corrupt/Will not Open in Illustrator

Hello ,

I seem to be having a similar issue with a stock item I purchased.  For some reason, it seems corrupt. Can you see if there is an issue with this file>

I can open it in my libraries, create work, but when the work is then sent to the client the image is ALWAYS black so I am not sure what's happening.
