Good Morning.

Is it possible to get a refund from adobe for 120 unclaimed images (adobe stock). I am not using my account and will close it when the contract year ends.

Thank you

I'm sceptical, but you can always try to contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.

That is how it works. Few people use up their maximum image allowance. Still, always worth asking.

Thank you all for your replies.

Sadly according to adobe it is not possible to get a refund for unclaimed images.

I have contacted support, and the only thing that was possible was to close my account without paying the early cancelation fee.

From my point of view, it is not a sound bussiness practice to offer only subscriptions for stock images. There should be an option to buy only an amount. For example i needed 20 images and ended up paying for 120.....

But thats that.

You asked for it, you get it: Credit packs.

There is also a subscription on the month. You take the subscription, take your assets and cancel. I think all options are given. You could also have cancelled early, with a fee, but only half of the remaining due. Adobe offers different options with different price tags. Adobe knows that so many customers have taken this or that option. They know those options fit the individual customer base. They offer a 750 assets per month option. I would never be able to use that many assets. Some people are taking that option. But Adobe does not know the intent or need of each individual customer. If you need only 20 assets, take the option that fits your needs. It's offered.
